Small Discipleship Groups

Gatherings of 4-12 individuals for several week series of scripture, reflections, faith sharing, and life sharing.

ADVENT SMALL DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS 2022

Small Discipleship Groups make “Big Church” small.  They are spaces to come closer to Christ and one another in prayer, dialogue, and sharing life together.  This Advent, we’re offering groups on Prayer in the Teresian Carmelite Tradition, as well as groups for Women and Young Adults.  

Prayer in the Teresian Carmelite Tradition: Led by Liane Melvin (OCDS - Third Order Carmelite) at her home in Mt. Washington, seven Wednesdays from 7:00—8:30 p.m. beginning November 16.  Using The Practice of the Presence of God by Ted Wueste (available on Amazon)

Women: Led by Noel Baker at her home in Beechview, six Wednesdays from 7:00—8:30 p.m. beginning November 16.  Using Advent Journey (available from Noel)

Young Adults (20s and 30s): Led by Greg Turko at 403 Grandview Ave, 2^nd floor View Room, four Tuesdays from 7:00—8:30 p.m. beginning November 29.
